About Dr. Micah

Dr. Micah's journey from adolescence to adulthood has been deeply influenced by her mother's commitment to traditional ways of life. This cultural background has shaped her understanding of holistic and integrative healing, incorporating physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional aspects into her practice.

One may think it is simple! However, It's fascinating to know how Dr. Micah has integrated one of her family's matinal rituals into her own family tradition. Continuing the practices of offering coffee and water to ancestors, aligning meals with the seasons, acknowledging the healing power of plants, sun, and waters, and engaging in prayers and gratitude rituals reflects a deep commitment to cultural and holistic well-being.

The influence of the healers in her family guiding others in their community toward complete health, self-discovery, and a connection to the Divine speaks to a generational legacy of healing and spiritual guidance. These rituals contribute to individual well-being and foster a sense of community and connection with the broader spiritual realm.

Dr. Micah's dedication to carrying forward these traditions preserves cultural heritage and provides a foundation for her holistic approach to health. It's clear that her upbringing and family practices play a significant role in shaping her philosophy and approach as a practitioner and healer.
