Got a sweet tooth, but want something clean and refreshing? Made with fresh ripe mango and requiring nothing more than a food processor, this sherbert is a gift to your body – a way to cool down, slow down, and savor a fruit at the heart of Nature's summer bounty. Great for kids and adults alike!


Super Easy, Flavorful Mango Sherbert


Servings: 4-6

Prepping Time: 15 min

Cooking Time: 0 min


Recommended: Freeze mango and almond milk for at least overnight for best texture.


I. Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe mangos, diced, frozen

  • ¼ cup of almond milk, frozen in ice cubes

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon of honey


II. Directions

  1. Blend frozen mango, frozen almond milk, vanilla, and honey in a food processor. Process until smooth or preferred consistency.

  2. Spread blend into a baking pan or container of choice.

  3. Enjoy right away, or put in freezer to be enjoyed later!
